There are people who are able to forgive any fault easily but many of us have difficulties if the relationship with the person who committed it the fault was very close or the situation was very serious.
How do you know you really forgive?
When you are able to remember what happened to you without being disturbed, broken down, uncomfortable, feeling angry or sad, you have forgiven. You can even narrate the situation more focused on the facts without giving an emotional description.
The opposite is to experience intense feelings such as pain, anger, sadness, disappointment every time you mention even the name of someone involved.
Throughout life, it is likely that different situations hurt you. Your task is to release all this emotional charge to prevent your body somatize you from any disease and to understand the why behind that circumstance.
The resentment blocks and paralyzes your personal growth and prevents you from living in peace.
Today connect with your inner side and make sure that your soul is clean of all guilt and resentment. If there is any situation, however minimal, that causes you discomfort, choose to work it.

Although it is wonderful to be able to forgive ourselves in person, you can use your imagination to do it and the same result will be good for you.
Think about the situation that you feel hurt. Find out which are the emotions that are attached to this memory.
Write what you feel, whether it is the rage, anguish, sadness, distrust, resentment, etc. Express everything, let it out.
When there is no more to say, close your eyes and imagine that you have this/these person(s) in front of you.
In your visualization express to that/those person(s) that in spite of everything bad or uncomfortable that you felt with what happened, you understand that he/she/they acted like another human being, looking for his/her/their best interest and that you decide to release and heal.

Do this as many times as necessary, if you have several situations to drop.
If even after doing this you feel discomfort, evaluate if your discomfort is with someone else or is really with you for allowing this to happen or not having avoided it. And if so, forgive yourself.

DÍA #5 – LIBERA Y SANA

Hay personas que son capaces de perdonar cualquier falta con facilidad sin embargo muchos tienen dificultades si la acción la consideran grave o si la relación con la persona que la cometió era muy cercana.
¿Cómo sabes que realmente perdonaste?
Cuando eres capaz de recordar lo que te sucedió sin alterarte, descomponerte, incomodarte, sentirte enojada o triste, has logrado perdonar. Incluso puedes narrar la situación más centrada en los hechos sin dar una descripción emocional.
Lo contrario es experimentar sentimientos intensos como dolor, rabia, tristeza, decepción cada vez que mencionas siquiera el nombre de alguno de los involucrados.
A lo largo de la vida es probable que diferentes situaciones te lastimen, te duelan, te hieran. Tu tarea es ir soltando toda esa carga emocional para evitar que tu cuerpo lo somatice en alguna enfermedad y para comprender el para qué detrás de esa circunstancia.
El rencor bloquea y paraliza tu crecimiento personal e impide que vivas en paz.
Hoy conéctate con tu interior y asegúrate que tu alma está limpia de toda culpa y de todo rencor. Si hay alguna situación, por mínima que sea, que te causa incomodidad elige trabajarla.
Recurso: visualización. Aunque es maravilloso poder perdonarnos en persona, puedes recurrir a tu imaginación para hacerlo y el resultado igual será positivo para ti.
Piensa en la situación por la que te sientes herido. Encuentra cuáles son las emociones que están unidas a esta memoria.
Escribe lo que sientes, ya sea rabia, angustia, tristeza, desconfianza, rencor añejo, etc. Expresa todo, déjalo salir.
Cuando no quede más que decir, cierra tus ojos e imagina que tienes a esta(s) persona(s) frente a ti.
En tu visualización exprésale a esa(s) persona(s) que a pesar de todo lo mal o incómodo que te sentiste con lo sucedido, comprendes que actuó como otro ser humano, buscando su mejor interés y que decides perdonarlo(s) y liberarte.
Agradécele por escucharte y por darte esta oportunidad de liberarte.
Haz esto tantas veces sea necesario, si tienes varias situaciones que soltar.
Si aun luego de hacer esto sientes malestar, evalúa si tu incomodidad es con alguien más o realmente es contigo por permitir que esto haya sucedido o no haberlo evitado. Y si es así, perdónate a ti mismo.
