Our proposal is you can make your personal revolution in «chunks», one day at a time.
REVOLUTION
The Royal Academy of Language defines it as a fast and profound change in anything. Another definition is, a group of people very committed to a cause and its results because these will benefit and change the world.
In this case, we speak of a personal revolution of 5 days. Less than a week to risk leaving the comfort zone that limits you modify routines that until now have only perpetuated bad habits and provide new options in your path of self-discovery and personal development.
Our suggestion is that you dedicate, as we described here, at least one day for each activity so that you can deepen and experience it.
It is not a magic remedy, but it is a beginning to propel a new mentality, new behaviors, and attitudes that act in your favor. It is not necessary for these activities to be done on consecutive days but at least to set the goal of revolutionizing your life at least within 15 days.

REVOLUCIÓN
La Real Academia de la Lengua la define como un cambio rápido y profundo en cualquier cosa. Otra definición es, grupo de personas muy comprometidas alrededor de una causa y sus resultados, porque estos beneficiarán y cambiarán al mundo.
En este caso hablamos de una revolución personal de 5 días. Menos de una semana para arriesgarte a salir de la zona de comodidad que te limita, modificar rutinas que hasta el momento solo han perpetuado malos hábitos y proveerte nuevas opciones en tu camino de autodescubrimiento y desarrollo personal.
Nuestra sugerencia es que dediques, tal y como lo describimos aquí, al menos un día para cada actividad a fin de que puedas profundizarla y experimentarla.
No es un remedios mágico, pero sí es un comienzo para propulsar una nueva mentalidad, nuevas conductas y actitudes que actúen a tu favor. No es necesario que estas actividades las hagas en días consecutivos pero si al menos fíja la meta de revolucionar tu vida al menos antes de 15 días.

Day #1 – Declutter your mind

Your thoughts are the origin of what happens to you. For sure you want situations in your life that are pleasing to you, for this is important that you maintain a beautiful and clean mental landscape. The mind has a constant internal dialogue, which sometimes becomes noisy and annoying. It is intense and lives to remind you what to do, if you consider guilty of something, highlighting your failures and even your fears.
Relax the mind seems an impossible mission. A disordered mind, full of ideas and covered with frequent negative thoughts produces stress, anxiety and some other uncomfortable and painful emotions. Your first activity today is to learn to declutter and calm your mind.
