DAY # 5 – RELEASE AND HEAL There are people who are able to forgive any fault easily but many of us have difficulties if the relationship with the person who committed it the fault was very close or the situation was very serious. How do you know you really forgive? When you are able to remember what happened to you without being disturbed, broken down, uncomfortable, feeling angry or sad, you have forgiven. You can even narrate the situation more focused on the facts without giving an emotional description. The opposite is to experience intense feelings such as pain, anger, sadness, disappointment every time you mention even the name of someone involved.  Throughout life, it is likely that different situations hurt you.
